Roger Cameron utilises his technical and professional skills to source and structure cross-border transactions for professional services groups.
He previously led the consulting division of a national financial services firm, specialising in financial and economic analysis, corporate advisory and corporate valuations.
In that role, Roger assisted clients in a wide range of areas including managed funds establishment, corporate valuations, economic research, feasibility studies and commercial deal structuring.
As the lead of Eaton Capital Partners corporate advisory arm, he helps professional services groups on mergers and acquisition transactions, capital raisings and strategic advisory.
Roger has an intimate knowledge of the International Development Assistance (IDA) and engineering sectors and has worked with numerous clients to achieve their strategic goals. Roger has also advised and assisted a diverse array of companies from sectors spanning financial services, fintech, biotech and technology.
He has assisted clients identify international acquires, facilitated international market entry strategies, prepared firms for acquisition, undertaken strategic reviews and provided ongoing strategic advice.
One of his key roles is assisting companies from start to finish in the capital raising process. He advises on potential restructures, guiding firms through the regulatory requirements of international fundraising activities, preparing all marketing material, sourcing investors, presenting to investors and issuing equity documentation.
His experience has enabled him to identify strong investment opportunities and shape these offers into attractive impact investment opportunities for clients and investors.
As a keen sportsman, he enjoys surfing and squash including organisation of competitions between a busy work travel schedule between Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.
